LEADERS ARE
LIKE POTATOES!
Some Leaders can be very demanding and bossy. They enjoy ordering others around and telling them just what to do. Most of the time they do this to keep from getting their own hands dirty.
We call them:
"DICK-TATORS"
We all know that there are just two kinds of Leaders: the "do-ers" and the "watchers". This type of Leader is usually standing or sitting around waiting for somebody to tell them what to do. They never seem to get motivated to participate, but act content just to watch and observe while the other Leaders are doing all of the work.
We call them:
"SPECK-TATORS"
Some Leaders never seem to do anything to help, but they usually are one of the first to complain. They have a gift of finding faults with others and are quick to voice them. They never find anything nice to say about anybody and look for critical things to put down on their evaluations.
We call them:
"COMMENT-TATORS"
Some Leaders are always looking to cause problems by asking other Leaders to agree with them. Everything is either too hot or too cold, too long or too short, too big or too small. They are constantly seeking others to agree with them to prove that they are right about this. They are always trying to stir up an atmosphere of discontent with everything they say and do.
We call them:
"AGIE-TATORS"
There are some Leaders who always volunteer to help, but somehow they just never get around to actually doing the job. Their reputation for not following through with the group's plans can become well known by everyone. They are not dependable because they never seem to do what they say they will do.
We call them:
"HEZZIE-TATORS"
Some Leaders are always putting on airs and putting up a front by pretending to be somebody that they are not. They would have you believe that they are the one that does all of the work and is running the show, when in fact, it is really others doing this. They polish their own knuckles, pat themselves on the back, and believe they are legends in their own time.
We call them:
"EMMA-TATORS"
Then, there are the Leaders who love their lives and the people around them. They always have a warm smile for you and are prepared to stop whatever they are doing to lend a helping hand. Their enthusiasm is contagious and others around them are encouraged to help just by being with them. If they are put in charge, you may rest easy that the job will get done and done well. They are self-confident in what they do and are constantly bringing sunshine into everyone's lives.
We call them:
"SWEET TATORS"
WHICH KIND
OF "TATOR" ARE YOU?
